Scope and who we are

This policy is for the public NutraRX marketing website operated by NutraRX, Inc., a Delaware corporation. It covers this website’s marketing, broker inquiry, and waitlist features only. It does not describe the separate NutraRX caregiver application or establish how that application handles information.

Information collected on this website

The website provides a broker inquiry form and a waitlist form for adults 18 and older. The broker form asks for a name, work email, company, role, approximate employer or client workforce size, and an optional message. The waitlist form asks for an email address. These forms do not ask for or collect birth dates.

Form submissions are stored in NutraRX’s Replit-managed PostgreSQL database with creation timestamps.

Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through marketing forms. These forms are not for health information or care records.

The waitlist is available directly at /download on this website. Demo booking opens Taylor Johnston’s reusable 30-minute Calendly event. Calendly handles booking information submitted on its service under its own privacy practices.

How information is used

Broker inquiry details are used to review and respond to the inquiry and, where requested, discuss a partnership or arrange a demonstration. Waitlist email addresses are used to manage the requested waitlist, send a one-time signup confirmation, and provide updates about caregiver-tool availability.

Service providers and external links

• Replit: hosts the website and API and provides the managed PostgreSQL database used to store form submissions. The API request logger records the HTTP method, URL path without query parameters, and response status; it does not log request bodies. Replit’s deployment monitoring documentation states that deployment logs are retained for 30 days.
• Google Fonts: the website loads Fraunces and Figtree through the Google Fonts CSS and font services. Google says these requests include the visitor’s IP address, requested font URL, browser and operating-system user-agent, and referrer. Google says the Fonts API does not set or log cookies and does not use this information to profile end users or target ads. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
• Calendly: receives information visitors submit to schedule a meeting and related technical information under its Privacy Notice.
• Resend: delivers email notifications of new broker inquiries to hello@mynutrarx.com and one-time waitlist signup confirmations to the address provided by the person signing up. It receives the broker inquiry details and waitlist email address to provide these services. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.
• External organizer link: the 90-Day Companion Organizer link goes to Amazon and is subject to Amazon’s privacy practices.

Analytics and payments

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1SNCZ9MCNW) loads only if you accept optional analytics. Before consent, the Google tag is not loaded and analytics storage is denied. If accepted, NutraRX sends page views for recognized website pages and events for primary call-to-action clicks, successfully saved broker inquiries, successfully created waitlist signups, and Calendly booking-link clicks. A booking-link click does not mean a meeting was booked. Analytics page URLs omit query strings and fragments. Event details are limited to fixed event names and page-placement labels; they do not include names, email addresses, company details, form messages, health information, or other form values. Google may process browser and device information, online identifiers, referrer, and network information under its Privacy Policy. The consent choice is stored in this browser and can be changed with Cookie preferences in the footer.

Replit Project Analytics, if enabled separately in Publishing settings, may provide visitor trends, page views, referrers, countries, browsers, and device types using traffic and browser information. This is separate from Google Analytics consent. This website does not take payments.

Retention, deletion, and requests

Broker inquiries are reviewed monthly. Inactive inquiries are deleted after 12 months from the last meaningful contact, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs. The waitlist is reviewed annually and retained while needed for the requested availability updates. Addresses are removed when someone withdraws or when that purpose ends. Adults and children

The marketing forms are intended for adults 18 and older. Do not submit information for anyone under 18. The forms do not request birth dates.

Changes

NutraRX may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
